Replace Controls

Replace a control to change the control on the canvas.

To replace a control

1. In the Enterprise Console, click the Menu button, click Tools, and then click Manage List. The Manage List page appears.

2. Right-click on a list, and then click Design List (or click on a list, and then on the action bar, click Design). The List Designer page appears.

3. On the control, click the Replace icon. The Replace Control dialog box appears.

4. Click a control, and then do one of the following:

   Task	Action
   Allow the system to copy the values of similar properties from the existing control to the new control.	Under Copy similar properties ?, click Yes.
   Deny the system to copy the values of similar properties from the existing control to the new control.	Under Copy similar properties ?, click No.

5. Click Replace. The control is replaced on the canvas and the Replace Control dialog box is closed.
