Update OSM context

The connection between OSM web server and the Oracle server contains specific communication details. This connection is called a context.Sometimes, the connection details may become out of date or not synced and the context needs a refresh to update the details.
A message will appear in the OSM web application from Oracle when the context requires refreshing.
The text in the Oracle error message may contain the words:

"Oracle Application Context is not accessible"
-
"Oracle Application Context is missing"
-
"Oracle Application Context is not valid"
Reset context

Select the Update OSM context radio button.

Click Reset context.

When the context has been reset, a confirmation message displays at the bottom of the screen.
