Count number of rows

Returns the number of rows (work items) for the specified entity in the OSM database. Optionally, you can narrow down the returned work items to a specific site.

Type in the name of an entity as it appears on the Maintenance of Entities and Workflow dialog in OSM Administration. For example: wmm_workpermit

Count number of rows

1. Select Count number of rows radio button on left side of screen.

2. Type the name of an entity.

3. (Optional) Enter a site code.

4. Select Get count.

   

   When successful, the count is returned at the bottom of the screen.

   

   If you want to narrow the results, enter the site code and perform the search again by pressing Get count.
