Delete work permits with no PDF

Important: Be aware that this operation MUST not be done in production mode. The database must be in upgrade mode with no users connected. During operation, some triggers will be disabled and re-enabled. There is no way to recover deleted work permits. Therefore, no data recovery is possible.

Sometimes a work permit is created without any reference to a PDF form.

This might happen due to:

• A corrupted work permit without a PDF caused by network latency or network error.

If user tries to open a corrupted work permit, the web browser will crash. These work permits must be deleted from the database.

Delete work permits with no PDF

1. Select Delete permits with no PDF radio button on left side of screen.

   

2. Select Delete permits button.

   If no work permits without a PDF exist in the database, a message appears.

   

   If work permits without a PDF exist in the database, a confirmation dialog appears asking you if you want to proceed.

   

3. Click Yes to perform operation.

If there are work permits to delete, another message displays saying this will take some time. When finished, you will see message at bottom of screen.
