Email - Anonymize
OSM has possibility to send e-mails to users. It is possible to anonymize email addresses. You might want to do this in a test environment when generating test e-mails, so that real users do not get test e-mails.
Note: Be aware that this task MUST not be done in a production environment. It is usually used when a production database is copied to a test database.
Guidelines

Prefix of email address (characters before @) will be set to a random set of digits.

Postfix of email address (characters after @) will be set to value emailstore.osm.com.

If a set of users should not have their emails changed, then this is possible either by entering a code for an access group or a code for a company unit. Users that are members of the group or linked to the company unit will not have their email addresses changed.

Task can take up to several minutes before it is finished.
Anonymize emails

Select the Email - Anonymize radio button.

(Optional) Select the checkbox to retain original address for certain users, then enter the group or company unit.

Click Anonymize e-mails to perform the task.
