The OSM application has a set of internal application users that are used throughout OSM for various internal functions.
The primary user has the user name COWAPP.

Only system administrators can change passwords on internal application user accounts using OSM Administration.
If, for some reason, the password on the COWAPP user account has been changed by an administrator, you can reset it to default.
Guidelines
When you run this task, the password for the user COWAPP will be set to the following value:
-
cowapp concatenated with the OSM version number without any punctuation.
For example: If OSM version 11.2 is installed, the password will be cowapp112
-
Only major and minor numbers apply.
