Upgrading an OSM Database

Important It is important to understand that it is not possible to upgrade from one version to another version by skipping versions in between. Before upgrading, see Upgrade matrix.

This database tool performs a set of operations to upgrade an OSM database.

Note This operation requires that you are running Database Tools as an Administrator.

Upgrade OSM database

1. On the OSM Database Tools main window, enter the OSM version that the existing OSM Database will be upgraded to.

   

2. Click Upgrade. The Upgrade tool window appears.
