User - Last changed something

This operation enables you to send an e-mail that lists all OSM entities and their last changed date for a specified user.

Last change date and log entry

At the end of the e-mail there are two entries. These provide the last dates the specific user modified any entity and the last log entry, which indicates the last time this user performed a workflow. This information provides insight into whether the user is still active in OSM. If the user has not modified an entity or performed a workflow recently, it may be safe to assume the user is no longer active.

Query last changed dates for user

1. Select User - Last changed something radio button on left side of screen.

2. Next to User login, enter the user name as it appears in the Maintenance of users screen in OSM Administration.

   

3. Next to Send email to, enter any email address. This does not have to be an OSM user.

4. Click Send email.
