Set preferred site on several users
You can perform a batch operation to set the preferred site for multiple users. All users, either as a member of an access group or linked to a company unit, will have their preferred site set to the new site.
Guidelines

Be aware that ALL settings for users affected by this operation will be deleted, before preferred site is set to new site.

There is one setting that will not be deleted and that is preferred language.

The only custom values after the operation will be preferred site and language.

No recovery is possible. Database does not need to be upgrade mode.
Set preferred site

Select Set preferred site radio button on left side of screen.

Enter site code.

Enter either code for the access group or a code for the company unit to identify which members the operation will affect.

Select Set site button to perform the operation.

A confirmation dialog appears asking if you want to proceed.

Click Yes to perform operation.
When operation is complete, you will see message at bottom of screen.
