Database credentials
The application needs login credentials before the database tool can start.

The database user must be cow_owner and cannot be changed.
Open Perform OSM Operations tool

On the OSM Database Tools main window, click OSM operations.

On the Logon screen, enter the Oracle database connection details.

Click Logon. The tool opens.
