Issue: Network connectivity error when loading the add-in

When you attempt to use the add-in, a network connectivity error message displays:

Add-in error dialog.

This can occur when Office needs to connect to the internet to refresh your subscription information, for example. To resolve this issue, ensure your system is connected to the internet and try to load the add-in again.
