The contacts section helps you to manage your company contacts. It is extremely important to manage your company contacts correctly. Mismanaging your contacts can result in unauthorized people within your company having access to confidential information. When creating a contact for your company, ensure that you provide them with the correct user role. Please contact the Company for more information.
A contact may have a CONNECT user ID which allows them to sign in to the Contractor Portal. The areas which they can access (e.g. Pre Award, Post Award) depend on the user role which they have been assigned.
A contact's user account cannot be deleted if the user is involved in a contract or tender, but their login account can be disabled if necessary. If a user is disabled, they cannot log in to AVEVA Contract Risk Management until the account is re-enabled.
Note Contact details are visible to the contracting company.
