Browser options

The following options should be set for your browser.

Disable pop-up blockers

Pop-up blockers can include third-party toolbars and anti-virus applications as well as the browser's own pop-up blocker. You can disable the pop-up blockers or add the AVEVA Contract Risk Management URL to your allowed sites if necessary

For Microsoft Edge, go to Settings, Cookies and site permissions, then Pop-ups and redirects.

For Chrome, go to Settings, Advanced Settings, Content Settings, then Popups.

Add the AVEVA Contract Risk Management website to trusted sites

Add the AVEVA Contract Risk Management Contractor Portal website to your computer's trusted sites on the Security tab of the Internet Options dialog box.

For Microsoft Edge, go to Windows Control Panel > Internet Options

For Chrome, go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Open Proxy Settings.

Configure downloads options

Configure the downloads options to allow AVEVA Contract Risk Management files to be downloaded to your computer.

1. For Microsoft Edge, go to Windows Control Panel, then Internet Options

   For Chrome, go to Settings, Advanced Settings, then Open Proxy Settings.

   

2. On the Security tab, select Trusted Sites and click Custom Level.

3. Select Enable for File download.
