The Overview page

The Overview page is your default home page. This page provides you with notifications and quick access links to any outstanding items that requires your attention.

From this page you can:

View currently active tenders

The Current Active Tenders section of the Overview page lists all active tenders along with any associated tasks, alerts or messages. See Tenders for more information.

To view an active tender:

1. Click the tender you want to view in the Current Active Tenders section.

   The Tender Details page is displayed.

View contract obligations

All current contract obligations for which you are the Responsible Party are listed in the Obligations section of the Overview page.

You can filter the list by selecting a contract from the drop-down list.

To view obligations:

2. Click Overview on the Main Menu.

3. Click the obligation you want to view in the Obligations section.

   For milestone obligations, the Obligation page for the contract is displayed, filtered to show the specific obligation - see Contract obligations for more information.

   For obligations which were automatically initiated by a communication, the Communication Details page is displayed. The actions which must be taken to fulfill the obligation are shown in the header - see View the details of a communication for more information.
