View contracts

All users with a contract role for the contract can see its details.

Only users with Contractor Representative and Contractor Administrator contract roles can see confidential information such as financial values and confident custom fields.

To view a contract:

1. Click Contracts on the Main Menu.

   The Contracts Manager Page is displayed.

2. Click the link for the contract you want to view. You can choose to view Open Contracts or Closed Contracts from the drop-down list.

   The Details tab of the Contract page is displayed.

The Contract page has the following tabs:

• Details - View the details of the contract.

• Communications - View and send communications to and from the company.

• Obligations - View and manage contractor obligations.

• Risk Covers - View the risk covers associated with the contract.

• Contract File Search - View, add and manage documents associated with the contract.
