Contract risk covers

AVEVA Contract Risk Management allows you to view the risk covers and risk cover certificates associated with a contract.

All users with a contract role can view risk covers and preview risk cover certificates.

View risk covers

The Risk Covers page allows you to view the following risk covers for the contract:

  • Retention

  • Performance Bond

  • Insurance

  • Liquidated Damages

To view risk covers:

  1. Click Contracts on the Main Menu.

    The Contracts Manager Page is displayed.

  2. Click the link for the contract you want to view. You can choose to view Open Contracts or Closed Contracts from the drop-down list.

    The Details tab of the Contract page is displayed.

  3. Click the Risk Covers tab.

    The Risk Covers page is displayed.

    Field

    Description

    Type

    The type of risk cover.

    Description

    A description of the risk cover.

    Category

    The category of the risk cover: Insurance, Guarantee, Bond or Other.

    Agency/Bank

    The name of the agency or bank.

    Reference

    A reference number for the risk cover.

    Expiry Date

    The expiry date of the risk cover.

    Value

    The value of the risk cover.

    Currency

    The currency of the risk cover, if specified.

    Certificate

    A fa-arrow-circle-o-down Download icon indicates that a certificate has been attached to the risk cover. Click the icon to view the certificate.

Preview risk cover certificates

  1. Click Contracts on the Main Menu.

    The Contracts Manager Page is displayed.

  2. Click the link for the contract you want to view. You can choose to view Open Contracts or Closed Contracts from the drop-down list.

    The Details tab of the Contract page is displayed.

  3. Click the Risk Covers tab.

    The Risk Covers page is displayed.

  4. Click fa-arrow-circle-o-down Download for the risk cover whose certificate you want to preview.

    A message is displayed asking you to open or save the document:

    • Click Open to open the certificate in a new window.

    • Click Save to save a copy of the certificate to your computer.
