Import users

To import users

  1. On the CONNECT portal, select .

  2. Select User Management.

  3. Select the Import tab.

  4. Select the import icon situated at the top-right of the screen and then browse to and select the completed Excel spreadsheet.

    Note: The Excel worksheet file size cannot exceed 300KB. You cannot cancel a user import after it begins.

    The import process begins. The status of the current import (and any previous imports) appears on screen.

When the import process completes, the imported users appear on the CONNECT Users tab.

Unless you specify otherwise, each newly created user receives an invitation email with details on how to access CONNECT. Invitation emails can only be disabled for federated users.
