Manage user accounts

Those with an administrator security role can manage access to the product, as well as add, edit, and remove user accounts.

The system identifies each person using the product by their user account. This account specifies their permissions and also includes their profile.

Note: Users are considered registered after they receive an invitation to join and complete the registration process. Unregistered users are not yet using their Online Experience account.
