Manage user accounts

Administrators with an administrator security role can manage access to the product, add, edit, and remove user accounts.

The system identifies each person using the product by their user account. This account specifies their permissions and also includes their profile.

Note: Users are identified as "registered" when they have received an invitation to join and have completed the registration process. Unregistered users are not yet using their Online Experience account.
