Import a list of users

Administrators with an administrator security role can import a list of users directly into CONNECT through a Microsoft Excel document.
To import a list of users, download the template.
To download the template

On the CONNECT home page, select the menu icon and then select User Management.

Select the Import tab, and then select download the import template.
An Excel spreadsheet downloads.

Copy the spreadsheet to an appropriate location.
