Manage system suites

  • Last UpdatedNov 26, 2025

System suites are groups of applications that are available for use with your project templates. Project administrators can view and delete custom system suites. They are created when an instance is cloned (or captured).

The System suites page lists the system suites that are currently defined and allows project administrators to upload files and to download and delete system suites. See Capture an instance for details on creating custom system suites.

The symbol means that a project template is using this system suite. To delete a system suite, first delete the project template that uses it.

System suite types

  • Global means it is available to every user.

  • Tenant means it is available only to users in the tenant.

  • Custom means it was created from an instance capture. These system suites are visible to project administrators.

System administrators (project administrators who can create system suites) can view Global, Tenant, and Custom system suites.

External administrators (project administrators who cannot create system suites) can only view Custom system suites.
