The machine node can have two parameters, Priority and Name. Priority is an integer that is used when the system is automatically selecting a machine. A machine that should be selected as default should have the lowest number. The name parameter is giving the machine a name that will be presented in dialogs and reports. The node can contain child nodes with names MachineData, MachineRestrictions, GeneralParameters and EstimateParameters. Furthermore, it can contain child nodes that allow refining of restriction data and parameters on thickness intervals and on profile types and heights (if the machine type is ‘Profile’). These child nodes are named ThicknessInterval, Profile and ProfileHeight.
