Creates starts, single one by one or automatically.

Default when entering the function is to create single starts on plate contours one by one.
The option Inner burn will switch mode to create starts in holes one by one.
The option Mark start will switch mode to create starts on markings one by one
The option Label start will switch mode to create starts on labels one by one.
The automatic options are controlled by setting a working sequence in the machine connected to the current nest job. Labels are further controlled, allowing only labels of a certain kind to be given starts (and by that be transferred into the final NC code). Manual starts on labels does not consider these settings. Automatic starts can be generated for the different categories of plate entities one by one or by using the All function to create all starts (controlled by the defined working sequence).
If a hole shall be marked instead of burned, this is handled by changing the type of start. A start is created as normal and is then changed into a marking start using the property grid.
