Create NC Data |
The function creates the tool path using the information stored with the defined starts and other defined tool path entities. The tool path is stored in the database and presented in the canvas and output (generic files and NC code from connected post-processor) is stored in directory pointed out by environment variable named <project name>NC. On a bar nesting the function creates the rest profile if there is rest material at the end of the raw bar. Generic files are generated, but no tool path is presented in the canvas. The function is by default creating NC data for the current nesting. Using the dropdown menu, NC data can be created for all open nestings.

Hide Tool Path |
Removes the tool path in the canvas. The tool path generated and presented in canvas by function Create NC Data for inspection. The function removes the presentation of the tool path in the canvas. |

Generate Report |
Generates a report based on the created NC data. The function uses the stored data generated by function Create NC Data and generates a report using a template pointed out by environment variables. Templates are created using the AVEVA Report Tool. The templates are read from directory assigned to <project name>REPT The name of the template for plate nestings shall be assigned to environment variable <project name>REPTPLN and for bar nestings to environment variable <project name>REPTBAN. The created reports are stored in the directory pointed out by environment variable <project name>SKETCH. |
