Convert Nests

Converts nests made in AVEVA Marine into AVEVA Plate and Bar Nesting format.

The function reads an AVEVA Marine nesting and recreates the layout into a nesting with AVEVA Plate and Bar Nesting format. The new nesting is stored with the same name as the original nesting, but with the extension 'Converted'. The original AVEVA Marine nesting must be manually deleted in AVEVA Marine and the new nesting can thereafter be renamed.
