Optimizing the raw plate of a nesting.

The function is optimizing a custom defined raw plate in the current nesting, creating a minimal raw plate considering the default distance between plate parts and the plate edge and the settings OptimisedToleranceLength and OptimisedToleranceWidth described earlier in chapter Set-Up.
