Part Content Mode

Picking in the nesting is by default selecting parts or bridges between parts. If picking of entities within a part is wanted, for example picking of labels or starts belonging to a part then this function sets the nesting system in part content mode. All picking until selecting this function again will be on entities belonging to a part.
