You can add a certificate to the list of trusted certificates for the Gateway. You can also add a certificate for ASB (ArchestrA Service Bus) OPC UA client service, if applicable. Use the same procedure and tools to add a certificate to the trusted list of an OPC UA server.

To add a certificate to the trusted list

  1. Click Start, and navigate to OPC Foundation.

  2. Open the UA Configuration Tool.

  3. On the Manage Security tab, click Edit next to the Application to Manage text box. The Modify Application Information dialog appears.

Click OK to close the dialog.

Note: If you are adding a certificate to a UA server trusted list, point to the server executable file and application name.
