You can download content to a CSV file for use in other applications, such as Microsoft Excel.
Note: This functionality is not available on iPad.

To download content to a CSV file

Note that the content included in the CSV file reflects what you see in the chart. Typically, there is more detailed data stored than what is shown in the chart.
Download content to an Excel spreadsheet (XLSX) file
If you have configured the Excel add-in, you can also download content to an XLSX file for use in Microsoft Excel. The resulting spreadsheet makes use of the Excel add-in's dynamic functions to retrieve data, depending on the chart type.

Note: If the Excel add-in is not configured, when you open a downloaded XLSX file the add-in function cannot retrieve data, and the formula indicates an error. After configuring the add-in, you can reload the spreadsheet and the data is retrieved correctly. See Registering the excel add-in for more information.
