When viewing or printing Excel spreadsheets, excess white space can be present down the right-hand side and along the bottom. If this is an issue, we recommend opening the file in a new browser tab using the following option:

When viewing large PDFs, typically of around 900 pages or more, in the Dashboard’s PrizmDoc viewer, the PDFs may fail to load with the following error message.

When exporting from a Query Form (via Table View) to a .xlsx file, where cells are for multiple related items and may contain multiple values, then at the top of the cell any values that are identical are only shown once rather then the correct number of times. For example, if “Approved” should occur twice at the top it is only shown once:
