The Audit tab provides comprehensive visibility into all activities performed within the Data Pipeline Admin dashboard. This capability ensures traceability by capturing and recording relevant action performed by users.
The Audit View presents these events in a structured list for the selected tenant, allowing administrators to easily review, track, and verify operational, and configuration changes made through the interface.

Audit Details
Each audit entry includes the following information:

Request ID – Unique identifier of the request in the AVEVA system.

Performed By – Email address of the user who initiated the action.

Last Updated – Date and time when the action occurred.

Operation Type – Type of operation performed (AddCommand, EditCommand, RemoveCommand).

State – Current state of the request.
-
Activity Details – Additional information about the tenant’s state.

Show More Info – Opens a detailed view with additional request information.
Navigation and Controls

Back to assets – Returns to the asset list.

Refresh – Reloads the current view.

Filter – Opens filtering options for audit entries.

Show More Info – Select the three‑dots icon to view configuration details for the request.

Pagination – Navigation to next page.

Available Filters
-
Performed By – Enter part of an email address and press Return.

Date – Choose from available date filter options.

State – Select one or more states. Click outside the list to apply.

Operation Type – Select one or more operation types. Click outside the list to apply.
To remove filters, select the individual remove icon or choose Clear all.
Sorting and Time Zone
Columns can be sorted by selecting the column header. All timestamps are displayed in UTC.
Additional Information
Selecting Show More Info opens a dialog box displaying full details about the request.
