AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering has the following capabilities.

  • As an administrator, AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering enables you to define which classes can be selected for publishing. For information on how to define the classes for selection, see Enable Model Classes for Selection in the Configuration.

  • You can select the output format for data and reports. For information on the output formats supported and how to select the required output format, see Select Output Format for Model Data and Select Output Format for Reports.

  • AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering enables you to publish the output for AVEVA™ Asset Information Management or AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering. For information on how to specify the output destination, see Provide General Information.

  • AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering enables you to publish data using the user interface, command line, and PML macros. For information on the alternative publishing methods, see Publish Data.

  • AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering enables you to upgrade your configurations using user interface, command line, and PML macros. For information on the alternative ways of upgrading configurations, see Upgrade Configurations Using PML Macros and Command Line.
