Capabilities of AVEVA Gateway for Unified Engineering

AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering has the following capabilities.

• As an administrator, AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering enables you to define which classes can be selected for publishing. For information on how to define the classes for selection, see Enable Classes for Selection in Configuration.

• You can select the output format for data and reports. For information on the output formats supported and how to select the required output format, see Selecting Output Format.

• AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering enables you to publish the output for AVEVA™ Asset Information Management or AVEVA™ Ingestion Service. For information on how to specify the output destination, see Providing General Information.

• AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering enables you to publish data using the user interface, command line, and PML macros. For information on the alternative publishing methods, see Publish Data to AVEVA Asset Information Management (AIM).
