About This Guide

This guide provides an introduction to AVEVA™ Gateway for Unified Engineering, and describes how to use the gateway to create configurations and export the data from AVEVA™ E3D Design to AVEVA™ Asset Information Management.

Note: The information in this guide is specific to the Draw module of AVEVA™ E3D Design. For information about how to use the gateway in the Model module, install the gateway for the module and then refer to the AVEVA Gateway for Unified Engineering User Guide for AVEVA E3D Design 3.1 (Model) available at <installation location of AVEVA E3D Design>\Gateways\Documentation. For information on how to install the gateway, refer to AVEVA Gateway for Unified Engineering Installation Guide that is available with the installation media.
