Enable Classes for Selection in Configuration

You can pre-define the classes that can be used in a configuration using the Classes Tree tab in the Settings dialog box. The classes you select here are available for selection in the configuration which can then be exported to AVEVA™ Asset Information Management Dashboard.

To enable classes for selection in the configuration:

1. On the Gateway Setup window, click Settings. The Settings dialog box is displayed.

2. Click the Classes Tree tab. All the available classes for the Engineer module are displayed.

   

3. Select the classes that you want to be available for selection in the configuration.

   Note: To select the sub classes, you must drill-down to the required class.

4. After selecting all the required classes, click OK. The selected classes are now available for selection in the configuration.
