Specify Presentation Settings

Through the Presentation Settings page, you can specify the settings for the SVG file. You can also import the settings from an XML file created using the old gateway. To import the settings from an existing file:

1. On the Presentation Settings page, click Import.

   

2. Browse the file that contains the presentation settings, and click Open. The presentation settings are loaded to the page.

To manually specify the settings:

3. In the Miscellaneous area, do the following based on your need:

   

   1. Select the Use grayscale colors check box if you want to use the gray scale colors in the SVG file. The check box is cleared by default.

   2. For the Line thickness scale factor box, specify the thickness for the lines in the SVG file. The default value is 1.

   3. For the Background Color box, click Pick Color and then choose a color for the background.

   Note: You can add custom colors to the color palette. Use the Define Custom Colors button available on the Colors dialog box to define custom colors.

4. In the Color Mapping area, do the following based on your need:

   4. Click the Add icon to add a row.

   5. For the From column, click the Brush icon to pick a color that needs to be mapped.

   6. For the To column, click the Brush icon to pick a color to define the mapping.

   Note: You can use the Delete icon to delete the currently selected mapping.

6. In the Font Mapping area, do the following based on your need:

   

   7. Click the Add icon to add a row.

   8. For the From column, select a font from the list that needs to be mapped.

   9. For the To column, select a font to define the mapping.

   Note: You can use the Delete icon to delete the currently selected mapping.

7. In the Remove layers area, do the following based on your need:

   

   10. Click the Add icon to add a row.

   11. For the Layer name box, enter the name of the layer that you want to be removed from the SVG file.

   Note: If the layer name mentioned here does not match layer name of the drawing, then no layer is removed from the SVG file.
