Consecutive Cold Days

The number of consecutive days that the weather is considered cold. The number of consecutive cold days is stored with the actual weather data so that it can be used as criteria for building gas day forecasts. The weather is considered cold when the wind chill factor (a combination of temperature and wind) is below a specified tolerance (usually 65ºF).
