count field

A field that counts the number of times the value changes for the expression during the capture period (and remains “True”). AVEVA Production Management can use this value to capture the number of times that a machine starts. For example, if the expression was “Conveyer Speed > 0”, then AVEVA Production Management would count the number of times the speed of the machine has fallen to zero and then risen above. Count fields can also count the number of alarms for the machine.
