event frame

A PI Asset Framework (AF) database object that captures, tracks, compares, or analyzes important events and related data for a repeatable time period. Event frames represent noteworthy occurrences, such as asset downtime, process excursions, equipment startup or shutdown, environmental excursions, product tracking batches, product runs, paper grades, or operator shifts.
