An OLE DB data provider that exposes time-series and configuration data from the PI Archive Subsystem. It enables users to access PI Server data through SQL queries with custom applications or in integration scenarios, such as Microsoft SQL Server, reporting and business intelligence (BI) tools, and so on. Also referred to as classic PI OLEDB Provider, this product will gradually be superseded by PI OLEDB Enterprise.
