Matching Days Forecast

This is a process which: • Finds similar weather data in the database (matching days) to the weather forecast • Finds the actual sendout values of the matching days • Calculates an average of the matching days sendout as the sendout for the forecasted day A scale and offset can be applied to the matching days sendout to account for population changes.
