Tolerance

This tuning parameter can be used in anomaly skills to increase or decrease the sensitivity of the prediction. The higher the tolerance, the skill will be less sensitive in its prediction, resulting in lesser number of alarms. Alternatively the lower the tolerance, the skill will be more sensitive resulting in more alarms. The scale is 0 to 100.
