Metadata derived from parsing default stream names for common and identifiable patterns.

Example: From the stream name "GE01. Wind Speed - 10 min rolling avg." rules can be derived to identify a turbine instance and its associated wind speed measurement, and then applied across multiple streams to simplify their representation.
