AVEVA™ Integration Service

View Specifications

If you are using AVEVA Catalogue as the module, you can view the specifications that have been added.

To view specifications:

  1. Start Integration Client.

  2. Test the connectivity. For information on how to test the connectivity, see Test Connectivity.

    Note: If you want to change the location of the Service, see Set the Location of Service .

  3. After the connection has been made successfully, click Get Available Products. The list of available products for the module selected is displayed.

  4. For the Select Module list, select AVEVA Catalogue.

  5. Select the required project.

    Note: For Dabacon products, if you have set the Authentication as User for the data source, you must provide the credentials of a General user account. Enter the username and password and click Validate User. If the Authentication has been set as Connect, you must provide the CONNECT credentials. You can proceed to the next step only after the validation is successful and data is retrieved based on the Project user you are mapped to. For more information about authentication, see Authentication in Integration Settings Editor, and for more information about General, Project and CONNECT user accounts, see User Account Types in AVEVA Integration Service.

  6. Click Get Specifications. The list of available specifications is displayed on the Data Viewer window.

    Note: Get Specifications displays the list of specifications added while Get Data displays the data for one specification.
