To configure AVEVA™ Integration Service (Service) for AVEVA™ Asset Information Management:

  1. Start Integration Settings Editor.

  2. For the Select Product list, select AVEVA NET Portal.

  3. Click Add Configuration.

    Note: If you have logged on using a Local System account, you will be prompted to log on using a Service account. For information on how to log on using a Service account, see Changing to a Service Account.

  4. On the Select AVEVA NET Portal dialog box, provide the location or the name of the AVEVA NET portal in the AVEVA NET Portal box.

  5. Provide the login credentials to log on to the portal. If you want to use the Windows authentication, select the Use Windows Integrated Security (Windows Authentication) option. Else, select the Log in as Administrator with password (SQL Server Security) option and provide the username and password of the Administrator.

  6. Click Connect to Server.

  7. After the connection to the Server is successful, select the required AVEVA NET Portal database from the Select Database list, and then click OK.

  8. After the selected database is added to the Integration Settings Editor dialog box, click Save.
