These release notes describe enhancements to AVEVA Integration Service (AIS) on CONNECT and include resolved and known issues as of July 2026.

Note: Resolved issues included here are the highest priority issues reported by customers, not a complete list of bug fixes.

New features and enhancements

This release includes the following new features and enhancements:

• Support folder level scoping in CONNECT Services: Each CONNECT account has multiple folders (previously known as assets) within the application. The application includes at least one folder with the same name as the account, but the administrator can create more.

  Administrators enable the AIS Solution on individual folders and scope permissions to that folder.

• FLEX Credit: AIS deducts credits from your CONNECT account based on the rate plan outlined in your Credits Agreement.

  Use the Flex Credits menu option in CONNECT for the following:

  • Access your credits agreement

  • Review your credit usage history (itemized by service)

  • Check your consumption forecast

• Manage data sources in CONNECT: This feature allows you to view the list of data sources that were created and add Publish and Subscribe (Pub/Sub} data source.
