If you are an administrator with the administrator security role, you can manage access to AVEVA Integration Service (AIS).
Understand user roles
There are three user roles in AIS:

DataSource Admin
-
DataSource Reader
-
DataSource Writer
You can refer to the following table for detailed information on the access permissions for each user role:

DataSource Admin |
You must add a user responsible for Adding/Editing/Deleting a Data source. |

DataSource Reader |
User who can read data using AVEVA Integration Service Cloud (Data API). User can read only from allowed data sources not every data source. |

DataSource Writer |
User who can publish data using AVEVA Integration Service Cloud (Data API). User can publish only from allowed data sources not every data source. |
The User Management tab enables you to manage the users in your organization.
Note: All users are automatically provided with basic access to the account and are added to the account’s default User group. However, this group has no default service roles assigned.
You can perform the following tasks on the Users tab.
