Person responsible

On the Person responsible page, you can filter the isolation lists to only those lists with the selected person designated as the responsible person for the list.

You can select one person only. Applying returns to the Filter page and shows selected person.

Note: For Type, Person, Area, System, and Discipline, there is no multi-select.

Search to find person

Unlike other search pages, the Person responsible page does not list people until after you enter a search name.

1. Enter any amount of characters that exist in a person's name.

   

2. Tap Search on the keyboard.

   

   The page returns a list of people with matching characters.

   

Select a person in the list

3. Tap to select a person. The selected person shows a checkmark in the list. Their name and their unique ID appear in the Selected box.

   Before you apply, you can change the selection by tapping another person.

4. Tap Apply. Returns to the Filter page.

The next time you return to the selection page, the selected person appears in the Selected box.

Clear person responsible

You can clear a person from the filter, without affecting the other values of the filter.

• On the Person responsible page, tap Clear. Returns to the Filter page.
