Create new isolation plan

You can create a new isolation plan from the OSM Home page or from the library page.
Create from Library page

On the Isolations Library page, click the Add
button.

On the Create New Isolation screen, enter the details. The fields with a blue star indicate required information.

Click Create new isolation.
