Supplementary Forms tab
On the Supplementary Forms tab, you can search for and add supplementary forms to current work order.
You can also delete an existing supplementary.
Note: These functionalities are available until the work order is approved.
Add new supplementary form to work order

Click the Add
button to add a new supplementary form. See Create new supplementary form.
Remove a supplementary form from work order

Select a supplementary form and click the Delete icon.
