Logs

When locks or states are added, edited, or removed for isolation points, the changes are recorded in the logs. You can view the read-only log history of changes to locks and states.

Log details

  • Lock—Log includes lock number, when lock was added and by who, or when lock was removed and by who.

  • State—Log includes action (add, change, remove), who performed the action, and time of action, whether there is a follow up flag, and any recorded comments about the action.

This image shows how state log information appears in the web application.

View a log

  1. Tap the More icon on the action bar to expand submenu, then tap Logs.

  2. View logs for locks on the Lock tab. When a lock is added or removed, the change is recorded in the Lock log.

  3. View logs for state changes on the State tab. When a state is added, edited, or removed, the change is recorded in the State log.

  4. Tap Close to close the card.
